Sending 10.000 small-size bubble mailer parcels below 100 grams from China

Dear Sir/Madame,
I am Tamas contacting you from Europe. We are a publisher of board games. Our manufacturer is located in China and would like to ask how you could help us send our next game to 10.000 addresses which are located all around the world. All parcels are below 100 grams and we are looking for the most economical way of sending these parcels to the addresses. I saw that your most economical way would be China Post Small Parcel: Surface. Is this option also possible for deliveries to the USA and overseas countries? Our budget/parcel is around 10-15 RMB.
