Sender preparing the item

I have 2 parcels LX144481255CN and LZ110455605CN after the reached Shanghai. Both of them say sender preparing the item for 50 days now and have had not change nor update since then. They have been in transit for more than 60 days!! One sender does not say anything and the other one says it is in my country (UK) which is obviously a lie.
Please help.

They are delayed for a long time in China. To my experience, there should be update showing they arrive in middle August, you'd better wait for more days to see if there is any update. If no, contact the seller to give you a solution as soon as possible.
