My parcel “left originating country” on 20/05 and now has put after that on updates that the “sender is preparing item” and it’s nearly been a month

I have 2 parcels LX144481255CN
and LZ110455605CN
Both of them say sender preparing the item for 54 days now and they have been in transit for more than 60 days!! One sender does not say anything and the other one says it is in my country (UK) which is obviously a lie.
Please help.

There is few flight to UK that makes it delayed. You need to wait for more days to get update showing it arrives in UK. If there is no update in two months, you need to contact the seller to get a solution as soon as possible.
