Sem cód. de rastreamento, apenas n° FLYT.

Meu pedido da china chegou ao Brasil dia 07/12/18, não foi tributado e está em Curitiba-PR aguardando pagamento para ser enviado. Acontece que não há número de rastreamento, existe apenas um Núm. de rastreamento da FLYT e apenas com esse número não consigo usar o serviço de rastreamento dos Correios e efetuar o pagamento. Podem me ajudar? Como faço para efetuar o pagamento para que meu pedido seja entregue?

É melhor entrar em contato com o remetente para solicitar o número de rastreamento.
