Seller does not indicate tracking number

What can I do to get the tracking number if the seller does not state it for any reason?

Hi,

Why doesn't seller provide you with the tracking number? You have the right to know that.

It's hard for you to get the tracking number. If you could speak Chinese, you may call +86 10 11185 to get connected to China Post to ask what your tracking number is. You should provide your name, address...to them.

You should call China Post to ask. We are not China Post so couldn't provide you the tracking number.

Seller has only provided fed ex tracking number. So tracking will not show any overseas movement. It will only start showing updates once package clears us customs and fed ex receives package. My problem with the exactly tracking number the seller given this number WUYOU1111231702 but this number not work with my country post my issue now I lose my parcel because of the number tracking. Now if you give me the exactly number of tracking like this for example : (RL*********CN) when I get this number I can found my parcel in my Country post immediately.
