"Security return" why?

Hello, I have a problem with a package, for some time package is getting returned and it says "Security return"? What's the actual reason for return, will I ever recieve a package.
Tracking number is RV135386168CN. What do I need to do in order to recieve it? Thanks

It didn't pass the check so returned. It will be checked again and if there is no problem for it, it will pass the check and leave China.

Could you give us practical examples of why an order is considered unsafe in order to be returned to the sender?
