Good morning, I am searching for a small package that I sent to:

ban tian di er gong ye qu
long gang qu
Shenzhen Guangdong 518129
China
Haixia Wang 13510965334
The package was sent 15.05.2018, and still no news to have been received by the recepient. Bulgarian Post gave me a tracking nr: RI251027674BG

Can You help me ? Can you confirm such a package has arrive at your location?

Sorry, there is no information showing it's in China now. This item was in transportation period for a long time and still has no delivered results. General explanation:

1. At a certain stage during transportation, the carrier has not updated the tracking information due to the high volume of postage.
2. The carrier was omitted to enter the tracking information.
3. Your package may have been lost during the transportation period.

I advise you to contact Bulgarian Post for clarification.
