white bar to search for track trace doesnt work (1 reply)

Hello,
i tried many different webbrowsers, but i cannot click on the white search bar. Only 1 browser ( puffin) worked but in that browser the TRACK button doesnt function. Isnt it important to have a website which is reachable from every browser?

what is wish to know is this.

package with code: RF624257515CN. is ready for shipment since the 3th of April. How long will it take before it will be shipped?

Hello, I am waiting for a shipment, tracking number: AM555626115CN. From the search sites, it says that it was delivered at 32.19 on December 3, 2024. Impossible, the courier does not deliver at night! And anyway we were at home ... I do not know if by chance the delivery date means that it is stopped at some post office, but we have no other information to track it and the POSTE ITALIANE office does not know this shipment, can you help us?
