I’m wondering where my package is at? It says goods delivered but it’s not here, there or everywhere. It feels like such a scam. You order and I feel like the address is changed somewhere down the line so the product arrives at a different destination. You pay good money for a product, only for you to not get it. I wish somebody would get back to me of a legitimate answer.

The seller shipped it through Wuyou Express. According to the tracking information, it was delivered on Nov.28. If you don't get it, you need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and get a solution as soon as possible. Only the seller can require the courier to do a formal trace investigation. If the seller doesn't reply you, try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back. Or, open a dispute from the platform you buy it to get refund in time.
