Says no further updates available

I received a message that says this is the final status carrier doesn't provide further tracking updates. It's been in transit for 3 months, am just wondering about when I should expect to receive it? The tracking number is AQ848848716CN USPS says without valid us tracking number they can't tell me anything about it and seller isn't returning my messages

Hi bplonsky,

It's not normal for it. It has the chance of lost. If the seller doesn't reply you, try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back. Or, open a dispute from the platform you buy it to get refund in time.
