Says in transit for 11 days

LA296453487US package says in transit for 11 days with no update. It is in China going to a place in China. Really need to know why it hasn't reached destination.

Hi Curt187c,

You need to contact the receiver in China to call China Post to reflect the problem and further check it. It may have address problem that makes it stuck there for a long time.
