Says delivered but we didn’t receive package

Tracking number AS851280423CN

Claims delivered on 12/18 at 12:29 pm. I got a notification around 10:29 pm….10 hours later…..that it was delivered. Neighbor do not have package. It wasn’t supposed to arrive until 12/22-1/3. No notification of package coming earlier than expected. No picture taken at time of delivery. Seller has not responded. We want this package! Can you track it down and find it? Thank you!

The status of the above package according to the package tracker: Delivered.
But I didn't take it, I didn't get anything. The neighbor didn't pick it up either, the post office doesn't know about it, I didn't receive any prior phone or written notification about the delivery either.
