Says Delivered but not delivered

Hi there, this is my tracking number AS113539030CN
The website says this has been delivered however no item was ever received. Could i please have someone look into this? Did the package get transfered to a local courier with another tracking number or something? thankk you

Hi Daniel,

It may be delivered to some other place. You need to contact the seller to give you a solution as soon as possible. If the seller doesn't reply you, try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back. Or, open a dispute from the platform you buy it to get refund in time.
