Hi bob,

According to the tracking information, AM074636284CN was delivered on October 10. If you don't get it, you need to contact the seller to ask for the new tracking number in Canada. Then, use the number to check with Canada Post about the address they delivered to. If the seller doesn't reply you, try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back. Or, open a dispute from the platform you buy it to get refund in time.

The delivery status says that the package was delivered on the 29th to an address 3 minutes from my home. I went to where it said that it was to find out that it was not delivered there. I went to my post office yesterday because the delivery date changed to the 26th and stated that my post office delivered it to my house. These packages are to big for my post office to delivery. Tracking Number - AG310311195CN - says it was delivered to my home address! this is incorrect and is not at any neighbours houses. is there a P.O.D that shows where it was delivered?

Tracking Number - AG982182369CN - again says it was delivered yesterday to my office address, this was the second parcel sent from the supplier to the office address incase the home address didn't work, however the tracking says it was delivered in Slough! which is nowhere near St Albans, again where has it been delivered to? or are both these packages sitting somewhere that I can pick them up?
