Says delivered, but no package received

I ordered a package from China and after following the tracking number of AQ772276622CN it says it was delivered, but I have not received the package. Where is my package?

Hi Kandi,

It may be delivered to some other place. You need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and give you a solution as soon as possible. If the seller doesn't reply you, try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back. Or, open a dispute from the platform you buy it to get refund in time.
