it says delivered and sign on the 7th at 3.45pm.
I did not receive and sign anything.
Number of tracking:AS029785605CN
Who is the sending company please?

Hi GEMON ISAURE,

If you don't get it, you need to contact the seller to ask for the new tracking number in France. Then, use the number to check with your local postal courier about the address they delivered to. If the seller doesn't reply you, try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back. Or, open a dispute from the platform you buy it to get refund in time.
