I didn’t receive my package it said delivered and signed for but yet it is not here I have a camera and no one showed up and it isn’t at my post office , where is my package?

Hi Gary,

If you don't get it, you need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and get a solution as soon as possible. Only the seller can require China Post to do a formal trace investigation. If the seller doesn't reply you, try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back. Or, open a dispute from the platform you buy it to get refund in time.

I had 2 packages I was supposed to receive but didn't. It says it was delivered and signed but I never received it and especially signed for it. I contacted customer service from where I ordered. But she keeps saying it was successfully delivered.
