Hi Bryan,

It's impossible to have the same tracking number for different packages. I suggest you contact the seller to confirm if he gave you the right tracking number.

I thought china is well advanced with many things why is the trqcking website so poor made only shows locatipns doesnt show international who the courier has taken over by only shows feom locqtion to location very poorly made website surely you can improve the software look hoe many people are aaking questions
Why not use this and improve the website its not hard to make it accurate and if you able to tract location you should be able to see the couriers names internationaly who took over and be able to see if any signitures are required such as express freight with trqcking number people wouldnt lose their parcels and having to chase blindly
See from the questions people asking about the tracking and do somrhong about it surely you are advanced people and be able to improve your website a twch can do this within 10mins ita not hard

My package has been stuck at “flight arrival” since January 25. My tracking number is LZ626377246CN. Is it stuck at customs, should I be worried that it’s lost? I’ve seen many people having the same issue, are orders just really backed up these days?

Hello, I have noticed that many people have their packages stuck on “Guangzhou City, export customs / retention to be verified” since August 28th 09:52. Can you please check what is going on? I have contacted shipper and they said that they do not have any information from EMS. I know of many people who have complained about the same status from the exact same date. It has been almost a month and still has not left customs. That should not be happening when people pay extra for quick shipping and are waiting for important packages.
