Today complete a month that the box was posted and so far there is no information where it is. It usually takes 10 days to get here in Brazil.

A month is just the average arrival time for a package from China to Brazil and this is not a promise by China Post. In fact, for any international package, it needs about 7-60 days to reach. China Post will never guarantee the arrival time for a package. If you couldn't get it within two months, call China Post to ask the reason.

China Post doesn't have website in English version. And they don't accept service on website and through email. They are only available on phone. Phone number 11185 (press 8 for English service).

Your package hasn't arrived in Brazil yet. It left China on Sep. 24 and still in transit to Brazil now. As the average arrival time for a package from China to Brazil by air is about a month, I think it will be there recently. I'll inform you once it's in your country.
