My package RY418712515CN that was send to me at 21.11.18 is still stuck at your place "Nanchang".
Why you don’t send it to Israel???.
A month has been passed and the package is still pending at your office.
This is wrong.

Today is 24 December 2018. The Status is not changing during 33 days.
