Guangzhou customs will not release this package due to its value of £245. The contents and value of each are all specified on the customs form on the parcel. Recipient has been told to find a customs import company to complete forms, but cannot find any compant that will do this.
So will the package now be returned to sender and if so when ?

The recipient have been told by Guangzhou customs that this package will not be released as it is over the duty limit. It contains only Xmas gifts and all separate gifts and values have been specified on the customs declaration forms. Customs are saying that over 1000 yuan needs a customs declaration company to apply for clearance. Surely this is not correct. We just want to pay the duty and get the goods.... not have them returned to the UK. Can you help ?

Please could you advise the Carrier and Tracking Number so I can track this package that was rejected by Buangzhou Customs.
