My shipment number RV571680849CN , I can see that the shipment is in Dubai since 31 July but I have not received it yet, can you advise please.

Hi Abdulla Alzaabi,

It seems that it's stuck by the customs of Dubai now. You'd better contact Emirates Post to check it for you.
