Hi Nadezhda,

It was delivered by airline on Sep. 22 and takes about 30-60 days to have update showing it arrives in Russia after it was delivered by airline. You'd better wait for more days to get update. If there is no update in two months, you need to contact the seller to get a solution as soon as possible.

Hi, I ordered 2 packages LZ058311134CN and LZ058311151CN, according the tracking number "the plane has landed" on september 14. After that there are no more information (today is September 26). But according Spain Post the last information is September 10 "the package left the origin country". So it is normal that it take so much time after "the plane has landed" or maybe it could be other problem? 2 months ago I received other package from the same company in 20 days, it was fast, thats why now it is weird for me. Thanks
