Hello,
My parcel has not moved since 5thMarch. Apparently it was handed over to airline in Guangzhou but it's been 5 weeks since and I have got no parcel or update on estimated delivery date. I tried to call and email but also did not get any answer.
I would really appreciate if you can double check and let me know when I can expect the parcel in Ireland. Thank you

It's been about 70 days now and still no parcel arrived. Also in the tracking updates it says there will be no further updates on this parcel.
I have contacted seller several times but did not get replies.
What else can we do now?
I am very upset as I paid for these items in January already. Can you somehow check again on this tracking number??

There is still no update for it. You still need to wait if you couldn't contact the seller successfully.

It takes about 30-60 days for this kind of package to have update showing it arrives in Ireland. You'd better wait for another 15 days to see. If there is no update for it after 15 days, you need to contact the seller to get a solution as soon as possible.
