As it couldn't be tracked now. You couldn't know when your parcel arrive your country. You can only wait for the courier to deliver it to you. If you couldn't get it in the promised time, contact the seller to give you a solution.
Your package is nor stuck there. China Post stops tracking service after August 11 because it's sent by a cheap way.
