Hey I ordered two things One of them is RS802076162CN : it has been over a month and hasent reached my country please tell me what's going on and the other order is RJ802598645CN please could you tell me what it means by Shanghai Qi yun Thanks .

The two parcels have both left China and on the way to Ireland now. RS802076162CN may arrive in the next week or the week after the next. RJ802598645CN may arrive in early February.
