Please advise there no updates on my parcel RS339368593CN since 5-12-2016

Was it returned to sender, is it still held up there or was it shipped international

It's still held up in Guangzhou Exchange Bureau since Dec. 5. No move since then. You'd better let the sender contact China Post to ask what happened to it.
