Yes, it will arrive Italy. It really needs a long time transit in China. Luckily it finally left China and on the way to Italy on Nov. 25. It may reach at the end of the month.

Thanks for the kind reply, but it seems strange that it is in flight from November 25 without knowing where it is headed, there is not an address error?

How is it that the package sent by China on 20 10 2016 arrived in Italy and handed over to another person who has the same number of traceability?

Don't you get it? It shows it was delivered successfully on Feb. 15. If it's not you who got the package, contact Poste Italiane as soon as possible to reflect the problem.
