I don't understand the reasons why the package has not been delivered to the recipient !? The recipient has repeatedly asked the China post get the package, but from your side no action have been taken and the fault of the China post. If your China post is not working properly why should we bear the costs and expenses. Write specific reasons why the package has not been delivered to the recipient and on what basis do you package was returned to Italy.

We don't belong to China Post. The site is also not the official website of China Post. We aim to help people track packages for free. We are also not sure why they return the package to you. I think maybe the telephone number has some problem. 08615999677030, 0086(755)29637170. You should delete 086 and 0086 or the courier couldn't get along cuccessfully.
You'd better let the recipient in China dial 11183 to as the reason. Sorry, we couldn't solve the problem for you.

I check the shippment status for you and it shows on 2015-12-22 11:49, the courier attenmpted to deliver it to the recipient. However, it failed because of some reasons (the recipient couldnt' be connected in most cases). So, it was returned on 2016-01-23 to your country. It's still on the way to your country now. I think you will get it after some days. In general, for the parcel returned, it needs a long time to reach.
