I live in Dhaka, Bangladesh. I was informed that my product (RR 60918365 6 CN) has been sent out on October 25, 2016 which may take one month to arrive. But I still have not received the parcel. Why is it taking so long?

The parcel has arrived in Dhaka Exchange Bureau of Bangladesh on Dec. 3. Bangladesh Post is processing it, they will deliver it to you in the next week.
