Royal Mail handed my document to China Post on 01-15-2021 and seems not to have

I can track my document to 01-15-2021 being handed over from Royal Mail to China Post at Heathrow. It seems to have not moved since - and is an important document. Please could you update.

Hi Steve Oliver,

The delivery was failed today as the postman didn't get connected with the receiver. You'd better notice the receiver in China contact the postman by calling 13121308308 to get it if the delivery is failed again tomorrow.
