This is my first time buying off dhgate. I have been give a royal mail tracking number LV910515610CN but when I try yo track it, it says its unavailable even on the dhagte app. Can somebody help me.

I’ve been given a Royal Mail tracking number for a parcel i’ve ordered off of DHgate. Considering almost 99.9% of items on DHgate are from China, and that my order receipt says that my parcel would be shipped by Epacket, I don’t understand why i’ve been given a Royal Mail tracking number, the tracking code NU120850052GB

A parcel was dispatched on the 13th of October (LV302663371CN). It stated on ChinaPost, DHGate tracking that the parcel was leaving overseas on the 14th October, but then changed to state that it's leaving the originating place on the 31st of October. (Seen on Royal Mail tracking as well.) Haven't received the item yet.

Then on November 3rd it states flight departure.
- November 17th transiting via the transit Airport. Later states Received by Carrier. Did Royal Mail get it? I have checked the Royal Mail website and it still states that the parcel is still in transit. Only tracking at that point is the 31st of October.

Is the package in China or has it reached the UK? I have been waiting over a month now. I would appreciate any help that you can give.
