Please can you help?
My parcel has been held at Customs in Guangzhou since the 20th July 2020. The status was updated again on the 22nd August 2020 to EME. This is a returns parcel and I am awaiting a refund. How can I find out the estimated delivery date so that I can get my refund?

Hi Kate,

You need to let the seller to contact Guangzhou customs to ask what he should do to get it. It may need the seller to declare.
