I know that the parcel I sent to Chonqing fro the UK is stuck at Customs
You said that you'd better let the receiver contact the customs (12360) to check as soon as possible. What does 12360 mean? Is that a phone number?

The receiver has tried contacting this number, but cant speak Chinese. Is there another way they can contact the customs at Chongqing? An email address?
