Thank you for advising parcel referenced RN014958579GB is currently held by customs. As suggested, I contacted the seller but they refuse to acknowledge or assist. They simply state that they are not responsible if the parcel is lost or held by Customs and I will only be offered a refund if they receive it. Please advise what I can do to resolve this.

Is it possible that I can assist with any queries that customs have? The seller just keeps repeating that they will not refund me until the package is returned to them. What additional information do you need? Could you explain the reason it is currently held by customs please. Is it possible that the seller is unaware that you are attempting to contact them to try to resolve this?

a notice that it is being held in Customs. Tracking number is CB131298255US. Why would it be held? How can i receive my package?
