Thank you for advising parcel referenced RN014958579GB is currently held by customs. As suggested, I contacted the seller but they refuse to acknowledge or assist. They simply state that they are not responsible if the parcel is lost or held by Customs and I will only be offered a refund if they receive it. Please advise what I can do to resolve this.

Hello
I have a package held in Shenzhen. I used a warehouse address in China to receive it but the warehouse manager informed he did not receive any message from customs to make the declaration.
Now there is the following status at the moment:
In-Transit
Shenzhen,Returned, Please Contact XXX Customs Agency, Tel:
How can I get the package delivered again or returned to the sender?
I need this package please. I tried to contact China Post through email but there is no resolution yet.

Hi Lead1020,
China Post doesn't reply emails. You need to call them. You'd better require the receive in China to call China customs to check how to let it released or reuire it return back to you.

If the seller doesn't cooperate with you, it will be returned back to you later.
