Hello,
I had my degree sent was via Canada Post to Taiwan, Province of China.
When I check the tracking, it just says EXPORTED from Shanghai.
What does that mean? It was exported on June 6th, and it's been more than 20 days without any updates. I order often from Taobao and usually packages only take 1-2 weeks. Is it normal for it to take this long to arrive?

It's from Shanghai to Taiwan now. You'd better contact Canada Post to check if there is another number to track it after it leaves Shanghai.
