Hello, the tracking of this parcel from EU to China says: "You need to contact customs directly. Your delivery is being held by customs in (China)"
I believe they mean the seller to contact and I am the seller. How can I contact the China Customs from Ireland in EU and I need someone to speak English to me? Is it by phone or is there a online chat or email address somewhere? Why would they hold the parcel in customs when it is only 5 pairs of gloves in the package.... ? :-O !!

The receiver in China should contact the customs by calling 12360. You couldn't contact the customs from Ireland.
