No change in tracking status since 22 November for both parcel. Please help

They both in the Exchange Bureau in Beijing now. You'd better contact China Post to ask why.

They are not available through Email. You can only call 11185 if you are in China, then press 8 to get English service to contact them. If you couldn't get English service successfully, better let one of your Chinese friends to help you make the call. If you are outside China, call +86 10 11185 (then 8).
