This package is supposed to send to the US, it have not move in China Post since las week. Can you please help me with this?

The last update is:
2016-04-27 13:11:29.0 Guangzhou Transit Station export customs cleared

I think it's in transit to your country. This is a common situation that there is no update after the package leaving China and on the road to the destination country. For China Post small packet, it needs about 15 days to arrive USA. Wait patiently.
