Hello.
I sent a package from Portugal to Shenzhen and it's stuck in customs for more than 40 days.
Tracking says "pending the recipient to declare to the customs".
How can I solve this?

Hi Antonio,
He should have received the notice from the customs about how to pay for it. If no, let him call China customs service number 12360 or China Post service number 11183 to check.

It's sent by using China Post Ordinary Small Packet Plus which is a cheap service of China Post. China Post doesn't provide tracking service for it after it arrives in Poland. So, you can't get more update after May 21. It usually takes about 60-90 days to be delivered. If you couldn't get it in time, contact the seller to give you a solution.

You need to notice the receiver in Chinaa declare to the customs. Or, it couldn't be released from the customs.
