Hi, I bought a light from China and the sender provided the tracking number as RH339590200CN a week ago. Up until now I still could not track at any of you website or it show invalid tracking number. Can you advise whether you have received the package? Your reply is highly appreciated.

Your tracking info was not found, possible reasons may:
1: The carrier hasn't accepted your package yet.
2: The carrier hasn't scanned and entered your package tracking information into their system yet.
3: Your tracking number is incorrect or invalid.
You'd better contact the sender and ask them if they have sent them out. Some sellers usually give the buyers a tracking number but in fact they didn't send the items out. They like to wait for more orders for some days and send together.
