I have a package at "Export customs clearance complete" since 2016-10-21. Pls check when it will be delivered to Singapore. Thks!

One of my package was delivered from Yiwu, China to Singapore on September 14. But now it's stil not arrived. Not sure what's the problem.

Sorry. There is no way to check when it will be delivered to Singapore. You can only track it often to see if it arrives Singapore. The package has left China on Oct. 21. Not sure how long it will takes to reach. You can contact Singapore Post to ask if they have received this package if there is still no update after a month.
