Hello can anyone explain the recent status of my parcel.. shipped over 6 months ago?

This is the tracking number EB764832748CN it says it has been returned to the proper investment I am unsure what that means

Hi Ella,

It was returned back to the seller and the seller has got it on Nov.18. You need to contact the seller to give you a solution (refund you or send it again to you) as soon as possible.
