Returned from Airline for 5 times due to a security reason.

My parcel from Tongan has been returned from Guangzhou Airport for 5 times. The chinapost tracking system shows this is due to a security reason. However, the percel contains just a plastic figure. Could you tell me the reason why rejected by airlines for 5 times? And how to solve it? This pacel went back and forth between Dongguan and Guangzhou for 5 times. Thank you.

Hi Louie,

In this situation you can only wait for more days to see if it's normal. If it couldn't leave China, you need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and check the reason through China Post directly.
