Return to sender?

I was wondering if i could have my tracking number LV262512172CN returned back to its sender because the place of purchase wont respond to me.

Hi Alex,

There is no tracking information for it at present. Possible reason is the sender just gave you a tracking number but hasn't shipped it.

You'd better contact the seller to let him not ship it and refund you.

They said it has been shipped but when i put the tracking number in it says cant be found.
