Return to proper cast?

Hello. I sent a product to China and when I check the tracking number it says "Return to proper cast". What does it mean? Thank you. RR413375095HU

Hi Jann,

It means it was delivered to the receiver in China on Sep. 14 successfully. The receiver has got it. You can contact the receiver to confirm.

My package was sent from China to Canada on December 3rd but has yet to arrive. It shows on China Post tracking as "return to the proper cast" on December 17th, 2020. What does this mean? Tracking number LZ523932193CN.
