Why is my return package being held in customs for so long? It has been in customs since June 3. Tracking#LH141107137US. Will it ever be delivered? Or will it be returned to me?

It should be waiting for the receiver in China to declare to the customs now. You'd better contact the receiver in China to ask if he has received the notice from the customs. If no, let him check through authorized tax collection system (http://int.ems.com.cn/mailtax) to check. If you want it back, you also need the receiver in China to request the customs to do so.
