Return from US stuck in Guangzhou customs

Hello.
I shipped a parcel from the US to China through the United States Postal Service the tracking number is LH150211155US. It has been stuck in customs for over a month now in Guangzhou. Is there anything you can do to tell me what I or the recipient can do so I can return this item and receive a refund?

You'd better wait for more days to see if it could be passed the customs check. If it's stuck at the customs for over 10 days, it should be waiting for the receiver in China to declare to the customs now. You'd better contact the receiver in China to ask if he has received the notice from the customs.
