Return address in China seems wrong. Can you check?

Hi, I need to return an item to a Chinese based company. It took 7 days for them to finally give me the return address despite requesting it, which further arouses my suspicion of it being a bone fide address. The telephone number they gave me is not recognised either.
The address is,
203 Youzhou, Elevator Door No. 1, Hongrun Wisdom Park, Hetai Road, Jiangxia, Baiyun District, Guangzhou City, Guangdong Province, China

I've had the same experience. Did you manage to return the product to them using that address and did you get a refund?
Was it for the Beralu projector? I'm annoyed that they didn't mention the projecter wasn't compatible with streaming websites.

Did you end up being able to return it? I am wondering if I should just keep the item and sell it. It seems so sketchy. Thank you!
I don't find any park called Hongrun Wisdom Park. You'd better contact the company to confirm.
