Retrieval of EMS package?

Hello Daisy,
According to your tracking, my package EA470564455CN was received by the carrier/airline in Shanghai on 20th. November, and now over 5 weeks later it is still there!
Previously you informed me that as a result of coronavirus despatch times are uncertain.
In these "Questions & Answers" I see that some people have been waiting over 3 months to receive their package from China!
Our package contains important commercial documents and we can not risk waiting any longer.
How can the seller/sender retrieve the package? What does he have to do to take the package back?
Please advise. Thank you.

Hi M. Nahavandi,

It's in the middle location and couldn't be returned back. You can only wait for it now. If it's delayed, you can contact the seller to ask for compensation.
